2018 TRANSITION FORUM HIGHLIGHTS
The inaugural TRANSITION Forum concluded with a clear message: we must act today to move toward a low-carbon economy and preserve our planet for future generations.
Under the high patronage of H.S.H. Prince Albert II, the TRANSITION Forum brought together a multi-disciplinary and cross-sectoral community to examine the theme “reinventing business models” to combine economic viability and sustainability.
Last year’s plenary debates, roundtables on the latest innovations and networking sessions have already resulted in concrete actions which will be highlighted in the 2019 edition.
Speakers
Renowned international speakers addressed key areas identified as being essential factors in accelerating the transition: Financing, New Stakeholder Behaviors, Regulations, Innovation and Cities and Territories.
Participants
Over 500 key players in both the private and public sectors, including government and business leaders, investors, entrepreneurs, top experts, and members of civil society, participated at the TRANSITION Forum.
